6 октября 2013 года в г. Корсаков на Сахалине 3 молодых людей ( 14, 17, и 20 лет) зверски истязали двух собак: одна из них был убита, а вторая -далматинец Лорд, принадлежщая Яне Карабаш, о полусмерти замучена.

Однако, живодеры до сих пор остаются на свободе, а жизнь семьи Яны Карабаш превратилась в настоящий ад. Подонки угрожали убить всю семью,http://blog.astv.ru/blogs/734/5815 Брат 14-летнего Дениса Мирошниченко, изуродовавшего собаку, пытался вовлечь автомобиль Яны в автомобилную аварию,http://news.astv.ru/news/33524 Затем скрутили гайки на заднем колесе автомобиля Яны. 11 ноября подожгли квартиру Яны, где она находилась вместе с маленькими детьми и животными.http://news.astv.ru/news/33393 Яна часто говорила, что ей постоянно урожают и опасалась за жизнь своей семьи.На её обращения в полицию, реакции со стороны правоохранительных органов г. Корсакова, не последовало. Вместо того, чтобы пресечь угрозы живодеров, избавить семью Карабаш от преследования, полиция завела уголовное дело на Яну, по статье избиение и удержание малолетнего подонка..Зверства по отношению животным в Корсакове продолжаются! 27 ноября 2013 года автомобиль Яны Карабаш, следовавший из Корсакова в Южно-Сахалинск, столкнулся с грузовиком. Погибли пятилетняя дочь Яны и её мать. По предварительной информации, Яна, якобы, не справилась с управлением. Учитывая, вышеизложенные факты (угрозы и действия по отношению к семье Карабаш), просим Вас назначить независимую экспертизу аварии и поставить дело на

I am writing you in behalf of Yana Karabash, a victim of juvenile offenders. All her problems started in October 2013, when three young men mutilated Yana’s dog. This action was followed by threats to the owner, Yana. Later the woman was accused of beating one of the men. Meanwhile her apartment was set on fire. At the end of November Yana’s car accident with lethal consequences became the focal point of the whole story. Public presumes the obvious involvement of the mentioned men in all tragic events connected to Yana. People became especially suspicious when Yana’s horrifying car accident was announced by media. They insist on an honest and proper evaluation of each and every detail of that tragedy based on the chronology of the events preceded the car crash.The long chain of breath taking events started on October 6, 2013, in Korsakov, Sakhalin Oblast, Russia. On that day 3 young men were savagely torturing two innocent dogs for several hours. One dog was unable to survive, another one – a Dalmatian named Lord, belonging to Yana Karabash – was found barely alive. The names of the involved men are publicly known, they are Sergey Karpushin (20 y.o.), Dmitry Tihonov (17 y.o.), and Denis Miroshnichenko (14 y.o.).In protest against such a cruelty local people immediately contacted Prosecutor General’s Office, appealed to the local media to address the issue, and later organized a rally in support of innocent animals (http://news.astv.ru/news/33091). The rally took place on November 3, 2013, in Korsakov, and gained a huge publicity. Unfortunately there was neither a following up investigation of the case done nor a public explanation given by the local authorities.After an enormous publicity this case gained both locally and throughout numerous social networks, the unwillingness of the authorities to bring the animal slaughters to justice caused the wave of protest among animal lovers all over the Globe. As one of the examples, a petition against animal cruelty and in support of Yana Karabash was created at Avaaz.org by Margarita Neumann, Germany. The petition was signed by more than 14 thousand people from many countries.Despite all the publicity, the 3 men committed such a horrible crime are still at liberty. Moreover, they, their friends and relatives continue to transform the life of Yana and her relatives into a living Hell. Yana stated that she received a number of threats, and became really scared for her relatives’ wellbeing (http://blog.astv.ru/blogs/734/5815). The people, connected to the dogs’ cruelty, threatened to kill the whole Yana’s family (http://blog.astv.ru/blogs/734/5815). The brother of Denis Miroshnichenko (14 y.o.) tried to provoke a car accident involving Yana’s car (http://news.astv.ru/news/33524). Not long after this incident, Yana found the screw nuts of her car’s rear wheel s loosen to the degree that it became highly dangerous to drive. In addition to all that, her apartment was set on fire on November 11, while she, her relatives and pets were inside (http://news.astv.ru/news/33393).Filling a report with the local authorities and describing all the above didn’t do any good to Yana. She was still surrounded by aggressive young men who maimed her dog and continued to threaten her family. Quite in contrary the local officials accused Yana of violence toward Denis Miroshnichenko (14 y.o.).Eventually a real tragedy happened. It took place on November 27, 2013 between Korsakov and South Sakhalinsk. Yana was driving her car when she crashed into a truck. She survived and was transported to an emergency room, but her dearest ones – her mother and her 5 y.o. daughter - were pronounced dead on the scene. Allegedly, Yana lost control of the car. However, in the light of numerous previous attends to provoke a car accident the current one looks extremely suspicious to public.To finalize, according to all said above, people of Korsakov as well as many other all over the Globe are asking of your help and personal involvement in Yana’s case. Especially with the horrible car crash which took lives of 2 precious, innocent people. We the people kindly ask you to set an independent expertise of the crash and the following up investigation. We also ask you give the whole case a proper evaluation, and take a personal control over it.
