UN: Justice for Rohingya Muslims

To all members of the UN Human Rights Council and the UN Security Council:

As global citizens horrified by the systemic violence against the Rohingya people, we call on you to urgently and publicly support a resolution at the UN Human Rights Council to establish a Commission of Inquiry to fully assess the situation in the Rakhine State of Burma. We also urge the UN Security Council to refer cases against Burmese army personnel and government forces complicit in violations against the Rohingya to the International Criminal Court.

UN: Justice for Rohingya Muslims
A mother was gang-raped and forced to watch as security forces murdered her 8-month-old son.

It’s almost too horrible to believe, and it’s just one of countless chilling stories of what’s happening to the Rohingya people in Burma right now.

The government’s been getting away with it for generations, but new reports have shocked the world and finally leaders are calling for action.

It’s time we draw the red line and show the Burmese government they won’t get away with it any longer. Let’s build a massive call on the UN to support a full, independent investigation into the atrocities and ensure those responsible are brought to justice. Sign now and share widely -- we can’t let these horrors go on.
