The actor and comedian, Les Dennis has signed up for the role of wayward character Michael Rogers, in the long-time running series, Coronation Street.
As we know, Les is renowned for his expertly timed quips and puns during his time presenting Family Fortunes..."You said TEA....(I'll give you all the tea in China if that's on the board)...Our Survey says.."
Les is also known for his appearance in Extras, playing himself in an incredible display of heroic self-depricating humour and class.
Most of all though, Les is renowned for his un-parrallelled, unmistakable, close your eyes and it's her, impression of Mavis Hilton.
Now that Les has landed the role of a life time, surely this is it.

This is the moment.
