Millions of tons of sand have been identified over 390 hectares across Shouldham and Marham and it is proposed from 2027 Marham Fen and Shouldham Warren will be turned into deep excavation sites for the extraction of sand for the glass industry. Think about the effect this will have on our tranquil community. If you want to help stop this from happening add your name and petition the County Council who will otherwise approve the areas.
