Town of Evans and Village of Angola

The Village of Angola and the Town of Evans have changed Halloween to the 30th causing lots of people to not be able to go trick or treating because they have work or other things they have to do at that time. We want this changed back to the 31st so everyone who wants to go trick or treating can go. We need to stop Halloween from being changed by people who don’t understand the consequences of their decision.
