بر تصمیم اداره مهاجرت نروژ برای دیپورت آقای پیمان پیران بعد از 10 سال اقامت در نروژ اعتراض کنید و خواستار اعطاء حق اقامت دائمی به ایشان شوید.
After eleven years of international support campaign for Peyman Piran, the UDI decided not to renew his residence permit. He has suddenly received a deportation notice.
This creates great concern for both him and us. Peyman Piran is a UN-recognized refugee. He was a well-known student and human rights activist when he lived in Iran. He has been arrested many times in Iran simply because he supported the just struggle of the Iranian labor movement and their demands, the rights of women and children. Peyman Piran was an activist and fought for justice and the progressive social movements.
If he is deported from Norway to Iran, we have no doubt that he will be subjected to imprisonment, torture and possibly execution. We have no despair over the brutality of the Iranian Islamic Republic.
We believe that it is irresponsible refugee policy to deprive him of both the protection he needs and the fundamental rights.
In this context, we are concerned and ask the UDI to stop the unjust expulsion decision and give him both the protection he needs and give him - after ten years in Norway - a permanent residence permit.
