La gendarme Myriam Sakhri a été retrouvée sans vie le 24 septembre 2011 à la caserne Delfosse.
L'enquête pour mort suspecte et harcèlement avec constitution de partie civile s'est soldée par une ordonnance de non-lieu et a fait l'objet d'un pourvoi en cassation qui a été rejeté.
Toutes nos demandes ont été rejetées, la justice refuse de nous restituer les effets personnels de Myriam parmi lesquels des ordinateurs et téléphones. Que craint-elle? Après sept années, la justice va détruire prématurément les scellés et l'ensemble du dossier.
On the 24th of September 2011 Constable Myriam Sakhri was found dead in her apartment at the Delfosse Gendarmerie barracks in Lyon. The Internal Affairs investigation for suspicious death and moral harassment resulted in a formal decision to refrain from prosecution.
The justice refuses to return the personal effects of Myriam including personal computers and mobile phones. All our requests have gone unheeded. What do they fear? After more than seven years, this justice wants to prematurely destroy all documents related to the inquiry and sealed findings.
