FIRST: ask people who are watching the Games from all over the world to answer this question with their mobile phone: "As planet Earth citizens, will you ban nuclear weapons from our planet?";

THEN: collect and count automatically the YES or NO citizens phone messages;

FINALLY: proclaims a day of celebration and announce the score as it was a Humanity will.

Nuclear arsenals
Nine countries together possess around 15,000 nuclear weapons. The United States and Russia maintain roughly 1,800 of their nuclear weapons on high‐alert status – ready to be launched within minutes of a warning.
Most are many times more powerful than the atomic bombs dropped on Japan in 1945. A single nuclear warhead, if detonated on a large city, could kill millions of people, with the effects persisting for decades. The failure of the nuclear powers to disarm has heightened the risk that other countries will acquire nuclear weapons.
The only guarantee against the spread and use of nuclear weapons is to eliminate them without delay. Although the leaders of some nuclear‐armed nations have expressed their vision for a nuclear‐weapon‐free world, they have failed to develop any detailed plans to eliminate their arsenals and are modernizing them.

The legacy of nuclear testing
Physicians project that some 2.4 million people worldwide will eventually die from cancers due to atmospheric nuclear tests conducted between 1945 and 1980.
Since the dawn of the atomic age in July 1945, nuclear weapons have been tested on more than 2,000 occasions – in the atmosphere, underground and underwater. The toll on human health and the environment has been staggering.
Today many of us carry in our bodies radioactive substances from the fallout of nuclear testing, increasing our risk of developing cancer. Much of the Earth’s surface has been contaminated at some point with radioactive particles. Nuclear testing enables nations to increase the lethality of their nuclear forces.

b) Messages téléphoniques. Collectés au niveau de l’Organisation des Jeux, les “Y = yes” ou “N = no” ou “A = Abstention” seront contés;
c) Les Organisateurs des Jeux Olympiques pourront annoncer le score comme une volonté de l’Humanité. Des experts peuvent penser à d’autres questions cruciales pour des Jeux Olympiques à venir et les nouveaux défis de l’Humanité.
d) Les hommes politiques de tous les pays vont agir pour respecter le vouloir de l'humanité et démantler partout les armers nucleaires.
