Decolonizing Dagga In South Africa To Create An Enabling Economic Environment For All

Prohibition is historically a colonial construct. Local Economic Development is tiered from ground level up. The survival, and the improvement of the living standards of all people in South Africa can only happen with Government support and buy-in. This petitions the South African Government to open the way for public debate on cannabis cultivation, beneficiation and trade from grass roots up; and motivates Tito Mboweni to take heed of the potential for economic boom in a country beleaguered by politics and poverty, that a minimally regulated and supportive policy environment can induce from the enabling of all citizens of voting age to participate in the green gold economy. Let us bring this debate to the people, for the people.
