Governor Cuomo, allow family members to be at bedside of covid 19 patients!!!

Hospital neglect is top reason for sky-rising Covid 19
deaths in NY!!!
This could easily be avoided by having family members and volunteers at patients bedside to care and make medical decisions for their loved ones. This is a matter of the difference between life and death!!!
We appeal to you to IMMEDIATELY:
1) Allow family members to visit and help care for their loved ones in the hospital! Another day should not go by in which a helpless patient dies because no one was at his bedside to bring him a drink of water when he desperately needed it!
2) Hospitals must be held accountable for what happens in their wards! Physician assistants, nurse practitioners and nurse anesthetists have been permitted by the governor to practice independently without physician supervision. “Health care providers are relieved of recordkeeping requirements to the extent necessary including maintenance of medical records. Any person acting reasonably and in good faith under this provision shall be afforded absolute immunity from liability,” reads Columbia University Medical Center’s summary of Cuomo’s executive order. Governer Coumo should immediately remove the executive order not to be able to sue hospitals, which makes matters much worse for patients and their loved ones!!
