On September 17th, 1980, teenage sisters, Carla Atkins & Vickie Stout, were taken from their hometown of Dover, Tennessee. Their decomposing bodies were found 17 days later in a wooded area of Land Between The Lakes. Forty years later their killer(s) have not been brought to justice. We are asking for your help to sign this petition to encourage the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation to turn over any evidence that may contain any DNA to the Parabon NanoLabs for the possibility of any genetic testing. Please sign this petition and pass along to family and friends. Carla & Vickie’s family, friends, and the entire community of Stewart County deserve the opportunity to close this chapter.
