CPS Crown Prosecution Service: Reverse your decision to not prosecute Mark Doggrell, BSVH for serious assault on female&

During Autumn cub hunting in August 2014, Blackmoor and Sparkford Vale Hunts Huntsman, Mark Doggrell, (Sherborne, Dorset) ran a female Hunt Saboteur over, on purpose, and failed to stop, causing serious injuries including 7 broken ribs, a collapsed lung and shoulder damage.
After emergency help was called for, hunt supporters blocked the ambulance, therefore preventing it from attending to the unconscious sab.
The CPS have decided not to prosecute although they were furnished with all of the information, videos and reports.
We are asking that the CPS review the decision and reverse this miscarriage of justice.
