New legislative framework should regulate the problem of abuse, harassment and mistreatment at the workplace and not just emphasis on violation of personal rights because it is not always the case that violation of personal rights is the result of abuse, harassment or mistratment.
We want to contribute creating institutional preconditions for implementation of EU directives in the field of labour law and other fields related to fight against all forms of violence.
