The train service is core to the quality of life in Hadley Wood, which developed purely because of the building of the station on the East Coast Main Line, and step-free access will make this vital community amenity usable by everyone. The trains are our sole everyday public transport but the platforms can only be reached by over 30 steps. Long-standing residents remember that step-free access used to exist here - let's get it back!
