Charles Horton, CEO, Govia Thameslink Railway (GTR): Stop the cuts and give Hadley Wood the same train service as other stations

The train service is our lifeline. Hadley Wood developed purely because of its rail links to central London and still has no other daily public transport services, nor any alternative transport within reasonable walking distance. Yet GTR’s 2018 timetable proposals for our line disadvantage only Hadley Wood within the London Oyster zone, proposing a reduction to only 2 trains per hour off‐peak throughout the week. Please recognise our unique situation and GTR's promise to build a new step‐free entrance here and give us at least the same service as that to be provided to every other metropolitan station on our line.
