CITY OF VANCOUVER;, SPCA

There are dogs in the City of Vancouver whose freedom is curtailed by use of cages, pens, ropes and other devices. Some animals are left in a small crates or pens all day. Animals, particlarly, dogs, require exercise and social stimulation. Dogs runs around in a circle without interaction or affection from morning till night. Some 24/7. Tethering dogs is still ok in the city of vancouver. Why be a dog owner if you are not around to be responsible for it?
SPCA has no jurisdiction to intervene as long as the animal has food and water.

It is inhumane and the City of Vancouver should be fining irresponsible dog owners.

City of Richmond and Surrey have taken action - Lets be next!
