Contra Costa County: change garbage truck services to 8AM-8PM

Because the city laws say loud noises are only acceptable between 8am-10pm on weekdays on most cities in the county, but the Garbage trucks can start pick-up at 6AM waking up a lot of people with terrible noises.

I'll add a note here that this might not be the most noble cause. But it seems to be a problem for a lot of people I know, so I decided to take action. Before judging me for leading this cause, know that I do spend a lot of time supporting humanitarian and animal causes too.

Another note: I don't expect garbage truck drivers to be working until 8PM, my point was simply to change the routes to the same hours noise is allowed so people's sleep are not interrupted (that's why the noise rules are for, aren't they?)

And if you are an early riser, hard worker, mom, dad... that needs to be up before 6AM and you're never a victim of this situation, please don't be offended by this petition. That is not the intention at all.
