CCA: Reformulate Board of Directors, bringing in a Professional Mgt. Service

WE NEED TO CHANGE THE WAY we manage Clearwood Community Association. Crisis to crisis management doesn’t work. In-service training for successive, inexperienced volunteer Board Directors is costly and it does not work. Selective Enforcement of CC&R’s does not work. Failure to collect delinquent Assessments and excessive, frivolous Legal Fees are costing the community hundreds and thousands of dollars. Clearwood is no longer a Mom & Pop organization.

WE NEED "FORWARD PLANNING" to protect community assets, infrastructure, water system and property values. A Professional Property Management team would NOT increase the Assessments: savings would come from efficient, on-site staff, an in-house Legal Department, and trained personnel to manage ACC and Violation reports. The Maintenance Crew, Water Manager and Pool Staff would not change.
