DA Tom Hoeh, Perry County Sheriff's department

This dog is in the hands of the owner that left him severely neglected and out in the cold to die. We want this dog to be returned to Rough Road Rescue to save his life. Do the right thing and take the lab away from the unfit owner. Prosecute the owner to maximum sentence allowed to keep him from ever doing this again.
