Please we the undersigned call for a plead for mercy for all animals currently in the Bacau Public Shelter, Romania. These dogs are suffering terribly and it is beyond all comprehension that they have been left to suffer. We call all relevant decision makers to act immediately for their care and welfare. Which includes allowing people in to provide the care and maintenance needed . What we have seen and know is happening here cannot and must not continue. People are willing to help them and we strongly urge you to show mercy and compassion for these dogs and allow them to receive the love and care they need to be healthy and happy animals. No living soul should in this day and age be suffering such terrible neglect and abuse, this situation requires urgent action. We the undersigned a expressing concern for the dogs in the open spaceof the PS and we strongly urge that immedicate action is taken to provide all dogs within your care adequated food ,shelter and medical attention where needed. This is the obligation and duty of those who hold dogs in such facilities.
