Terrorism is Terrorism...And yet...The failure of nearly every Government and everyone in the UK Government to condemn these atrocities perpetrated against CIVILIAN TARGETS;

Air Rhodesia Flight RH825 was a scheduled passenger flight, with just civilians on board, deliberately shot down by terrorists on 3 September 1978 - and then, 5 months later, in February 1979, another passenger airliner, RH82 in an almost identical cowardly attack on innocents...by ZIPRA

There was a “Deafening Silence” from governments and the UN – and from the Churches of Rome and England!

This was articulated in the sermon by the late Very Reverend John da Costa known as The Deafening Silence. You can download a recording of his sermon at Viscountdown.com or a transcript is available at http://www.rhodesia.nl/silence.htm

This was an act of terrorism - and it is compounded by the moral cowardice shown by successive governments who fail to acknowledge this. We want people to deplore the failure of their Governments to articulate this, even to this day!

In 2013 an 'Early Day Motion' (EDM1029) was put before Parliament in The United Kingdom - yet was signed by just 6 Members out of 650! Less than 1 per cent!

We commend the work done by Keith Nell and his Viscount Down Team to ensure that these atrocities are not forgotten. See more at Viscountdown.com
