As you may have been informed about the political assassination of
Mr. Ahmad Mola Nissi
, the leader and founder of
The Arab Struggle Movement for the Liberation of Al‐Ahwaz (ASMLA)
, which took place on Wednesday, November 8, 2017, in The Hague, where The International Court of Justice and The International Criminal Court are located.
As you may not be aware, in the past ten years, the late leader Mr. Nissi has warned the Dutch police that he was being threatened by unknown parties several times. However, no measures were taken to protect Ahmad Mola Nissi.
Hence, the assassination of Ahmad Mola Nissi has revealed several issues, including the following main points&colon

Hence, the assassination of Ahmad Mola Nissi has revealed several issues, including the following main points&colon
- The Dutch police did not take any action to protect Ahmad Mola Nissi who has warned them that he was being threatened by unknown parties and his life was in serious danger.
- Non‐European political activists, as well as those who granted Dutch citizenship, are not safe in The Netherlands
- To issue an official public statement by The House of Representatives and The Ministry of Justice and Security regarding the assassination of Ahmad Mola Nissi
- To conduct a transparent investigation into the assassination of Ahmad Mola Nissi
- To hold those responsible accountable and bringing the perpetrators to justice
- To consider the future warnings of the Ahwazi activists
- To take political and security measures to protect the Ahwazi political activists to prevent further crimes in The Netherlands
