My business was destroyed by Britain’s biggest taxpayer-owned bank, RBS. They forced it into administration, stole the company’s assets and sold them which led to many of the 3,500 people that worked with me losing their jobs.

It’s now becoming clear that RBS may have defrauded the taxman of billions and killing off the economic recovery, stealing what some analysts say could be as much as £15 billion from many companies that never needed to close. According to reports the compensation damages for this could be so large that RBS may need yet another taxpayer bailout as they raided towns in cities across Britain.

But worse still, our Government and Regulators knew what their state-run bank was doing -- I contacted the Prime Minister and Chancellor over 20 times -- but were too scared to investigate and took no action. But in a few days Parliament can stop bankers breaking Britain.

Monday’s debate on the government’s Banking Bill is our best chance to change this. Several MPs and peers want tough measures to rein in the bankers. But they’re not going to win unless we ramp up the pressure by Monday. Let’s sign in huge numbers then take this to the Lords directly and via the media.

Join me to fix the laws, so we stop financial terrorism, save jobs and put the bankers who deserve to be behind bars, behind bars.

My company is just one example among many. Whether or not we avoid another cataclysmic financial collapse, with the related economic fall-out and human misery, depends largely on the measures of this Bill. If you join me we can change that this week.
