It's time to turn off Donald Trump!
The presumptive Republican nominee has set back political debate a hundred years with his racist, ignorant and insulting comments and behaviour. Over the course of the Republican primaries he has proven himself not to be 'Presidential material'.
The world needs a well respected American President to guide us back from the brink during these difficult times. Donald Trump can never be this person. He has made this clear through the many ridiculous statements he has made on policy, about women, immigrants and visible minorities, his competitors, journalists, and frankly, about anyone who doesn't agree with him.
Unfortunately, despite his hatred of mainstream media, media outlets around the world continue to allow Donald Trump to use their broadcasts and publications to spread his message of ignorance and hate. This needs to stop because his hate is now spreading to other parts of the world. Less stable regions like Eastern Europe, Asia and the Middle East. His hate is even fuelling the recruiting of new recruits to terrorist organizations like ISIS.
For this reason, I am asking everyone around the world who opposes a Donald Trump presidency to "Turn off Trump" every time he's on TV, radio, the Internet, etc. This can be achieved simply by turning the channel, changing the station, visiting a different website, and by not reading or purchasing newspapers and magazines that cover him.
It's time to send a strong message to "the Donald", the Republicans and especially to global Media outlets (who only cover him because his controversial behaviour drives up ratings), the people of the world will not tolerate such ignorance and hate from our political leaders in the 21st Century.
The world needs a real American leader who can bring the world together in peace, not a Reality TV fraud who will say and do anything in order to feed his enormous ego.
