Request that HC Pct. 4, and HCPID act to Improve roadway conditions on Fairbanks N Houston

The existing conditions on Fairbanks N Houston at the intersections of Rodney Ray Blvd. & Breen Rd. are currently at or above capacity during peak travel times. These intersection alignments are not conducive to current traffic flow and encourage dangerous vehicular maneuvers (running of red lights, illegal left turns from unassigned lanes, and excessive left turn lane stacking on southbound Fairbanks N Houston at Breen that protrudes into the southbound FNH lanes).

By signing this petition, you are requesting that Harris County Pct. 4, and Harris County Public Infrastructure Department (HCPID) work to propose and implement transportation improvements that would improve existing conditions and mitigate for the heavy truck traffic that is being imposed on the local residential communities.
