In order to save oppressed people like Asia Bibi, Edward Snowden, Asli Erdogan and so many others, the European Union needs to implement a "European Asylum" which can be granted on short notice by a "Council of Elders" composed by 5 personnalities (not politicians) from 5 European countries.
