Everybody that feels that Sagekal Logistics should take responsibility for there fault and NPA boss Mxolisi Nxasana should charge them with murder.
Justice for Sanele May

Sanele May is the truck driver who was driving the truck that was involved in an accident on the corner of Field Hill (M13) and Richmond Road in Pinetown on Thursday 5th September 2013 shortly after 19:00, that hit four mini bus taxis and one vehicle. He has now been charged with 22 counts of murder by the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) because they feel he should be tried as a murderer. These charges should however be against the owners (Sagekal Logistics) of this said truck because they got him behind the wheel of a vehicle that was clearly not in perfect road worthy condition and not safe for him and any other road users. We want the NPA to know that we will not let this 23 year old young man be the scape goat for this corporation, they should facing these charges murder or at least with him but he should be standing in court alone accused of all these murders. He trusted that his company would give him a tool that was safe for his job but clearly chows it was not the case.
