Marie Cassidy state pathologist for the Republic of Ireland

796 children lie in a mass grave revealed in The Mail on Sunday 2014.
To date this grave has not been exhumed despite Police inquiries and several pleas and petitions to the Government. Suspicions of falsification of Death Certificates.
