We, the citizens of the world, in our support to the people of Venezuela, a victim of crimes against humanity caused by the regime which governs the country today and who pretends to evade international justice through a sham presidential election, which we do not recognize, and that continues to promote the migration of millions of Venezuelans who need our solidarity, call upon the Member States of the Rome Statute and other nations of the free world to comply with their commitment to guarantee that international justice be respected and enforced in a long lasting manner through the referral of the situation in Venezuela to the International Criminal Court so that it may proceed to open an investigation immediately on the systematic and widespread violations of human rights according to Article 14.1 of the Rome Statute.

Nous tous, citoyens du monde, solidaires du peuple vénézuélien victime de crimes de lèse-humanité perpétrés par le régime en place qui prétend se soustraire à la justice internationale en organisant une élection présidentielle frauduleuse et qui ne cesse d’encourager la migration de millions de Vénézuéliens, exhortons les États membres du Statut de Rome et les autres pays du monde libre à honorer leur engagement de garantir que la justice internationale soit respectée et appliquée de manière durable, en saisissant le Tribunal pénal international de la situation du Venezuela pour que soit ouverte une enquête sur les violations systématiques et généralisées des droits de la personne dans le pays, conformément aux dispositions de l’article 14.1 du Statut de Rome.

Noi, cittadini del mondo, diamo il nostro sostegno al popolo del Venezuela, vittima di crimini contro l'umanità causati dal regime che oggi governa il paese e che cerca di evadere la giustizia internazionale attraverso una finta elezione presidenziale, la quale non è riconosciuta dal popolo e continua a incentivare la migrazione di milioni di venezuelani che oggi hanno bisogno della nostra solidarietà. Invitiamo gli Stati membri dello Statuto di Roma e tutti i paesi del mondo libero a rispettare il compromesso per garantire che la giustizia internazionale sia rispettata e applicata permanente nel tempo attraverso il rinvio alla Corte penale internazionale della situazione del Venezuela. In questo modo si procede ad aprire immediatamente un'indagine sulle violazioni sistematiche e generalizzate dei diritti umani ai sensi dell'articolo 14.1 dello Statuto di Roma.
