Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull: We call on you to stop all federal funding for the Perth Freight Link/Roe8

The Perth Freight Link is a disastrous white elephant freeway that will carve through the internationally significant Beeliar wetlands and destroy an important ancient aboriginal cultural site older than the pyramids. It will lock the city into polluting car and truck dependency for years to come rather than building the much needed public transport initiatives for the 21st century and moving more freight onto rail.
There is a viable alternative of building the long awaited Kwinana Outer Harbour which will generate thousands of jobs and support small, medium and large businesses. 
Thousands of concerned community members have already pledged to do whatever it takes to stop this unnecessary road to nowhere and have called on the state government to Rethink The Link.
