Ps4 gamers hit by the error code E-801809A8 one the new 5.0 update

Since Sony released The 5.0 update some gamers have either lost the use of the Blu‐ray drive and cant update access purchased games etc. Some other gamers don't have Blu‐ray drives as they broke and just buy all their content from the store. We all pay our subscription fees. If we cant play due to Sony messing up then they should reimburse us for the days we lose waiting for the update fix. its been about 3 days of PSN we have lost so far. I will show Sony how many gamers they have affected by this screw up. Thanks for Signing &colonUplandbrake4645
