We ask you to start collaboration with the NGOs which run free programs for spaying-neutering and adoption of the stray dogs. We are well aware that such NGOs and volunteers activate in your town, by spaying and taking from streets the stray dogs.
We find it outrageous for a mayor not to bring the NGOs' programs in Rasnov and chose instead the killing of dogs.
We, tourists from all over the world, pledge not to visit your town Rasnov as long as the dogs are killed in the Codlea shelter, which is run by the notorious dog killer Barbulescu. We will ask our friends, colleagues and family not to visit Rasnov, as long as the dogs are killed, instead of giving them a REAL chance for life.
If you change your stray dogs’ management and do it in a civilized manner, we will stop this boycott and recommend your town as a green town.
