Believe it or not strange things are happening at Kenyan universities and those in the west. A lecturer pretends to find a poor student funding. The student buys the idea only to be dropped in between the two institutions with loss of their work. The lecturers now share the findings with their friends and relatives as their own to get degrees and publications.
Stand with these students who have lost their work to retrieve them and change the weak laws.
