We demand the assistance of the United Nations as held to the INTERNATIONAL TREATY s75 (1) of the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act 1901 as proclaimed and gazetted.
For the sake of Justice, so that every man woman and child within the Commonwealth of Australia can have their legal standing restored and given access to Common Law as guaranteed by our Constitution of 1901 by de jure government and Mrs. Elizabeth Mountbatten of the House of Windsor – the QUEEN ELIZABETHÆ REGINÆ SECONDÆ
Currently all Australian people as found within the preamble of the Australian constitution of 1901 have had their rights removed by a de facto Government registered in Washington DC masquerading as de jure government. Our access to common law rights have been removed by stealth.
Daily thousands of Australians are unlawfully being bankrupted, and imprisoned without access to trial by their peers; which is a common law right. Daily people are being forced off their properties unlawfully.
The Australian Government is a private business registered with the US Securities & Exchange Commission for borrowing, held to American civil law through that registration. In that registration the Australian Government is listed as a “foreign government of political subdivisions.”
In the statutory legislation of the Australian System of
Government, there is no man or woman of gender.
It is therefore a body legislated to be operated by persons
of neutral gender – in other words ‘no-one’ operates it.
It is a private business, operated by ‘no-one’, and has no
personal assets , instead using and seizing your assets for
the purposes of borrowing and its private internal
accumulation of wealth.
That statutory legislation of the Australian System of
Government protects a neutral gender entity from any
legal action.
The Courts of the Australian Government require no
signatures to validate an order. ‘No-one’ can sign a
document.
‘No-one’ can hear the request for justice from the natural
persons found in the Preamble to the Commonwealth of
Australia Constitution Act.
“Under the Australian System of Government, there is no
redress in ‘Australian Courts’ for relief from injustices
……...”
When a private business does not recognize the natural
Person, it has no ability to honour human rights or
Common law.
And the Queen, a natural woman, is also able to be
‘unseen’ by the statutory legislation of the private
business known as the Australian Government.
The International Court of Justice is the only place left to the Australian people for Justice, which is denied daily to the people.
Currently 23,467,724 men, women, and children are being denied justice daily without their permission, without full disclosure of the Australian Federal Government and States, or without any referendum being held of the people giving them consent to do so.
