South African Government (Minister of Education)
S. Africa is a secular state (state and religion are separate) but a few individuals/schools are enforcing the Christian ethos on non religious spiritual individuals or on Muslims, Hindu's, Atheists and Agnostics. Children are segregated in class based on religion and not having their particular belief system attended to, especially in smaller schools. Schools should be a place of unity and not segregation. The Constitution protects us from religious discrimination, and we want it enforced in our public schools.
