South African govt: Home Affairs, Police and UNHCR
In South Africa, just after Xenophobic attacks Zimbabweans
are being harassed, arrested and deported by South African Home Affairs,
Soldiers, and Police.

Don't be deceived Xenophobia in South Africa has not
stopped it’s still going on. What angry mobs have failed to do the
government with its might power of sword is now doing it.  Who is going to
stop the government?

It’s a blitz against foreign nationals.

To show that recent xenophobic attacks which left a dozen of
foreigners dead in Durban and more than 40 000 homeless and displaced ) where
properly planned and coordinated the SA government has started a social and
political campaign of harassing and arresting Zimbabweans and other foreign
nationals in South Africa.

In the middle of the night while foreigners are sleeping
soldiers accompanied by police raid houses and flats where foreigners are
staying arrest them and send them to Lindela concentration camp.

During the day In military style Police conduct numerous stops
and searches in shopping streets and arrest foreigners. Is it a crime to be a
foreigner?

This level of harassment is inhumane and gross mistreatment
of people.

Lawyers have been struggling or prevented from accessing arrested foreigners. This is all happening
in the Rainbow nation of South Africa.

Institutionalized
Xenophobia

Operation Fiela, meaning "clean sweep", - is Xenophobic.
Foreigners are targeted by South African authorities in Operation
Fiela, meaning "clean sweep",

This campaign which target foreign nationals started immediately
after disastrous xenophobic attacks.

Why?

Now mobs that were attacking, beating and killing foreigners are silent. It’s
just like they have been comforted: " Don’t attack them (foreigners, the
world is watching us and blaming us -) now we will deal with them formal by
using our police, soldiers, prisons and lindela concentration camp." This
is formal and no one will dispute this campaign.

Who is
South African?

Even foreigners from Africa who have citizenship are still
regarded as foreigners.  They are discriminated, harassed and face targeted
stops and searches and also victims of mob violence. The only place where one
is a foreigner forever is South Africa.

Blaming
other countries and hypocrisy

South Africa is at the forefront of blaming Israel for apartheid
yet it ignores its own apartheid against foreigners.

Embracing
Mugabe and double standards

Larger number of Zimbabweans in South Africa has fled
political persecutions, oppressive laws (that affects economy, peace &
security), possible deaths from starvation and diseases.

President Robert Mugabe now 91, the oldest sitting
president in office and in Africa is treated with utter most respect in South
African government circles.

On the other hand Zimbabweans, victims of Mugabe's economic and political
polices are treated as filthy and enemies by mobs and by SA Police and Home Affairs
which conducts inhumane arrests and deportations.

South African government full embraces Mugabe, his rule, his
political and economic policies which have caused massive exodus of Zimbabweans
to South Africa. So must also embrace his people. So must stop these xenophobic
arrests, night raids and deportations, segregation and apartheid.

The mainly targeted foreigners in South Africa are Zimbabweans
(though all other foreigners are hated and affected) because they are many,
more than a million just in South Africa.

When millions of people flee a country it really shows there is
a problem.  Harassing and deporting is not the solution.

This Operation of Targeting, raiding Zimbabweans, Harassing and
deporting them while on the other hand conniving with the dictatorship and poor
policies of President Mugabe is absurd, inhumane and moral evil.

This campaign of arresting and deporting is going to cause unnecessary,
massive suffering and massive corruption. Starving Foreigners, the political
persecuted will either pay bribes or come back after deportation. Though many
will suffer, some die, some get arrested, abducted and killed for criticizing
Mugabe as they get to Zimbabwe.

What
happened when South Africa deport Zimbabweans.

South Africa has tens of thousands of Zimbabweans who fled
Mugabe's political persecutions. Many of them are illegal in South Africa.
South African and Zimbabwean authorities know it. When South African police
deliver them to Zimbabwean police at Beitbridge border post the Zimbabwean CIO
will be waiting for them. Many will be arrested by Zimbabwean Central
Intelligence (CIO); some will be left to leave the Police station but
will be tracked, abducted and killed by CIO for being critics of Mugabe's
government or for having taken part in anti Mugabe's demonstrations in
Pretoria. Many Zimbabweans who hate Mugabe's policies are disappearing in South
Africa and Zimbabwe.

SA High
Court

The South African High Court has currently ordered the
South African government to stop these targeted deportations. It’s obvious the
Judges have seen how immoral and evils these arrests and deportations
are.  The High Court made this order after an application by Zimbabwean
lawyers of Zimbabwe Exiles Forum.

We can save lives of Zimbabweans and other foreigners in
South Africa.

Lets sign this petition and we deliver it to South African Home
Affairs, UN High Commission for Refugees.

"The evil in the
world must be blamed on good people"
Why? Because we are doing nothing. Yet we have
the power to bring change.

Commission in your country.  Asking them to stop these wicked arrests and
deportations. Or you can even ask them to stop supporting Mugabe's atrocities
in Zimbabwe. Please don’t be silent. Register your anger and protest.
