Stop Child Abuse تعرض به کودکان ممنوع

دستگاه قضایی جمهوری اسلامی ایران همکار و همدست متجاوزین جنسی به کودکان در ایران است!

انتشار خبر هولناک تجاوز و آزار جنسی۶ دانش‌آموز ۸ تا ۱۱ساله توسط ناظم مدرسه جامعه را در شوک دردناکی فرو برد٬ به فاصله کوتاهی پرونده آزارواذیت جنسی کودکان دبستانی دیگری در شهرکی در نزدیکی جاده مخصوص کرج نیز منتشر شد.
وزارت آموزش و پرورش جمهوری اسلامی تلاش کرد که این خبرها علنی نشود. اما با پیگیری و شکایت خانواده دانش آموزان، آزار جنسی کودکان در مدارس ایران علنی شد.
سابقه کودک آزاری در میان مسٸولان حکومت اسلامی برای مردم ایران کاملا آشنا است. آزار جنسی چند دخترخردسال از سوی دیپلمات ارشد ایرانی در یک استخر شنای کودکان در کشور برزیل و تعدی جنسیکنسول جمهوری اسلامی ایران در شهر فرانکفورت آلمان را نیز مردم از خاطر نبرده اند.
در حالیکه رسیدگی به این پرونده هنوز در دادگاه ادامه دارد٬ مظفر الوندی که سالهای متمادی بعنوان رٸیس زندانهای از عاملین سرکوب خشن زندانیان محسوب می شود٬ بعنوان دبیر مرجع ملی حقوق کودکومشاوروزیردادگستری برای لاپوشانی کردن فجایع ناامنی مدارس در ایران وقیحانه اعلام کرد که گرایش ناظم مدرسه با دانش‌آموزانی که قربانی تعرض جنسی او بوده اند دو طرفه بوده‌است.
در حالیکه برقرای رابطه جنسی میان دو همجنس در جمهوری اسلامی ایران که در سن بلوغ و قانونی قرار دارند، جرمی جنایی محسوب می شود و مجازات‌ آن اعدام در ملاء عام است. اما دبیر مرجع ملی حقوق کودک در جمهوری اسلامی ازرضایت کودک در برقراری رابطه جنسی میان یک مرد ۳۲ ساله و کودکانی ۸ تا ۱۱ ساله سخن می گوید.
فاجعه تعرض جنسی به کودکان در مدارس٬ ورزشگاهها٬ کارگاهها٬ خیابانها و . . . چیزی جزبی پناهی کودکان و پدوفیلیسم قانونی حاکمیت اسلامی نیست.
جامعه به حق این اظهارات را همدستی مستقیم با متجاوزمیداند و به آن اعتراض دارد. ما رفتار دستگاه قضایی جمهوری اسلامی ووزارت آموزش و پرورش را بشدت محکوم می کنیم وخواهان محاکمه علنی مسببین این جنایات هستیم.
مظفر الوندی بعنوان همدست با مجرمین جنسی در مدارس باید محاکمه و از سمت مرجع حقوق کودک خلع گردد. جمهوری کودک ستیزاسلامی باید بخاطر جنایات بیشمارش در حق کودکان از همه مجامع بین المللی اخراج گردد.

Islamic Republic of Iran’s juridical system is collaborating with people who sexually abuse children

Recently, the publication of the news about a school principal’s sexually abusing 6 students aged 8 to 11 created a painful shock in Iranian society. Only a little while after that incident, another case of sexual abuse of schoolchildren in a suburban town close to Karaj’s special road (An important road connecting Tehran and Karaj, Iran’s third-largest city) is revealed.

The efforts by the ministry of education of I.R.I to cover up the incidents failed due to litigations by families of the absurd children.

There is a long history of sexual abuse cases among the I.R.I authorities. Iranian society still remembers the sexual abuse of several underage girls in a public swimming pool in Brazil by an I.R.I’s top diplomat and also, the case of sexual abuse committed by I.R.I’s consul in Frankfurt.

While these cases are still being investigated, Nozafar Alvandi - Head of Iran’s prisons and famous for suppressing prisoners using brutal techniques — who is also the secretary of national centre for children's rights and advises the justice minister, recently tried to cover up the crimes happening in Iranian educational institutions by blatantly stating that the relation between abusing principal and his victims has been a consensual and mutual one.

This duplicitous “defence” is in stark contrast with the I.R.I’s inhuman criminal code that considers same sex relations between adults a crime, punishable by hanging in public.

The society rightly considers such statements by authorities a form of collaboration with sexual offenders and object them. We strongly condemn the conduct of the juridical system of the I.R.I, and asking for public trial of the offenders.

Mozafar Alvandi, should be tried as a collaborator with child sexual abusers and expelled from the position of secretary of national centre for children's rights. I.R.I too, must be expelled from all international organisations.
