Stop Killing National Park Wolves

When Yellowstone National Park's wolves range outside of the border of the park, they can be killed (legally) in Montana, Idaho, and Wyoming. People are shooting wolves with radio collars, Alpha wolves, wolves that are critical to the natural functioning of the Yellowstone ecosystem. Most of the killings are just outside the park limits on public lands. These shootings upset the social system of the park's wolves, reduce reproduction, and make them less available for viewing by park visitors and scientists. The wolf population in Yellowstone is less than half of what it was before they were removed from protection under the Endangered Species Act (now down to only about 67 animals).

Ask President Obama and Secretary Jewell to protect Yellowstone's wolves from continued slaughter on public lands when they wander beyond the border of the Park.
