We urge TKMaxx, Boots, Superdrug, Holland & Barretts who claim to be ethical high street retailers to take a look once more at their 'ethical' and 'moral' values when they continue to trade with a state like Israel.

Israel is a state which profits from the land it seized back in 1967 through its large scale ethnic cleansing and ongoing occupation in Palestine. We as customers deserve the right to buy products without a guilty conscious. Dead Sea products
are made by Israeli companies which have been caught out operating in the occupied Palestinian territories on numerous occasions by several organizations including Jews for Justice for Palestinians, Corporate Watch & Who Profits.

These Israeli dead sea mineral companies stamp “made in Israel” or origin Israel on their products but most are likely sourced directly or indirectly through illegal Israeli colonies on Palestinian land. There is no way TKMaxx, Boots, Holland and Barretts or Superdrug can independently verify the origin of the ingredients extracted and used in the products they stock, so these 'responsible' High street retailers should be keeping clear of products which may well be violating international law, but definitely rewarding Israel for its war crimes, occupation and illegal settlement enterprise with trade.

Palestinians cannot even access the dead sea in the West Bank let alone profit from it, recent research shows that Palestinians are losing out on 1 billion USD a year because they cannot capitalize on their own dead sea resources because of Israels apartheid policies in the west Bank.

Dead Sea product manufacturing promotes the occupation and illegal colonization of Palestinian territory by bolstering Israel’s illegal colonies and the Israeli economy in general. The manufacturing of Dead Sea products provides an incentive for Israel to continue occupying and illegally colonizing Palestinian territory.

This is where we need YOUR help the aim of the petition is to apply pressure on UK High street retailers stocking dead sea minerals to cease trading & stop rewarding Israel, a country which oppresses and occupies on the grounds of ethnicity through the use of Apartheid practices.

We don't want to be ignored our right is to be heard as customers, we want change.

TKMaxx, Boots, Superdrug, Holland & Barretts STOP stocking Israeli dead sea minerals, STOP profiting from the misery of the occupied. STOP ignoring the suffering caused by the Israeli siege on Gaza and illegal settlement expansion in the west bank.

Thank you for your time and please share this petition widely.

In Solidarity.
