State of Texas murdered my mother cuz they fell to put a rail up knowing if it 20 ft drop going around that curve my mother would never have died because of negligence on the state of Texas part and I don't want no other family to feel the way me and my family is feeling right now that's why I'm starting to petition to put a rail up going around that curve
