To stop the unfair system of fast track detention by UK government & evaluating asylum seekers without offering them much time to gather facts necessary for trial which leads to them being sent back to their countries where in they face torture , persecution and possible death.

To STOP DETENTION & FAST TRACK SYSTEM FOR ASYLUM SEEKERS
It is very regretful that UKBA immigration is rejecting 99.99% cases under any investigation in the name of Fast Track trial system. People with families and long and complicated cases are being simply ignored and booked under the fast track system. Basically it has become a standard practice to do so. Even Physically and mentally disabled are not spared. Justice is being slaughtered and it is just at the mercy of the immigration officer that an asylum seeker is left to.

As soon as a person claims an asylum , he is immediately booked for an screening interview and sent to detention centre under fast track system without any due consideration of the case. Even the solicitors are not being replied back in time for the case representation which is quite unlawful. There is no legal help in the detention centre at all wherein a duty solicitors is just there for formality sake. There is no enough time for people to gather documents or support for their case to be evaluated effectively and properly due to the fast track system.

Even after the submission of the documents , UK immigration simply refuses to acknowledge them and term them as false documents without any proper consideration. Its a usual practice for the UK immigration to authorities to term the documents of asylum seekers as fake which is just not right. It simply means that however truthful and correct the documents are submitted , they are simply termed as fake.

Immigration Fast Track system is not giving proper right to appeal to the upper tribunal and courts. And immigration is giving us only two days time period whoso ever gets a right to appeal , this is not enough time for the detainee. If anyone does appeal, he gets a decision within very short time, some time on the same day and some time within two days. Human rights are being crushed under the Fast Track system. In detention, there are no medical health facilities because of that people are suffering from mental and physical problems ( As reference a man who died in handcuff, Detention centre castigated over death of elderly man terminally ill Canadian man, 84, was kept in handcuffs by staff at Harmondsworth removal centre until after his heart stopped). People are on the mercy of time and the whim and fancy of immigration officials. Detainees are attempting suicide because of this critical situation.

Immigration is forcing detainees to go back their home country when they also know their lives are in danger. They are handed over to the home countries authorities by terming them as criminals and where these unfortunate people have to face a strong persecution. They are tortured mentally and physically. UK Immigration is playing with hundreds of lives. People are passing our lives in the detention like criminals and treated like faceless animals,Though asylum seekers have committed no criminal offence.

They are not getting any reply if they file any complaint, and if acknowledged it is usually too late. All detainees are suffering from these problems that is why most detainees in the britain's detention centers are protesting against the injustice and restoration of human rights has become necessary. The protests are according to law and peaceful. There are people who are on hunger strike for days for the restoration of human rights and just practices.

We ask to fulfil human rights which are following:

1. To stop the Fast track System and its unfair trial

2. Not to send back home country by forcing and without confirming about the threats to our lives.

3. Stop chartered flights and giving us tickets too early while we have rights to fight for our rights in courts.

4. Not to stay in detention for long time in this bad situation and poor service.

5. To provide us proper medical treatment.

6. To provide proper legal aid till the case goes to the the higher courts which is a human right for a fair trial.

7. To provide a bail to mental and physically disturbed people.

8. To stop unlawful detention (many people are in detention more than 100 days)
