United Nations: Create Venus Project Towns For The Homeless and Refugees

It will solve the problem of homeless people and prove that people can live in high tech sustainable environments, in a free, voluntary and equitable way with a fraction of the energy, as we do in conventional towns. A Venus Project town is a hi tech designed, sustainable, self-sufficient town, using a fraction of the energy that conventional towns use to supply all the inhabitants' needs. All work that the town needs in order to perpetuate itself can be found by volunteer labour within the town.
