Why should we care?
Because the fact that there is no passage does not mean people are not crossing there. They are crossing and exposing themselves to unnecessary risks.
How to address the problem?
With either a ramp or a railroad crossing for pedestrian and cyclist.
Why do we thing that a project to enhance urban mobility is possible?
Civitas nova is a new area of the city and will expand more and more over the next few years. In this area the industry center and the University of Applied Sciences are located. People from this area want to go to the shopping region for groceries, and also employees who go by bike to their work. The investments in the area will pay themselves over time. Plus, this is not a luxurious request, is a matter of safety for our citizens.
