The fraud of the century is unraveling before our eyes.

Reporting just revealed that before most of us even knew what "global warming" meant, scientists at Exxon Mobile, one of the largest oil and gas companies in the world, warned their bosses that the impacts of industrial scale burning of fossil was "potentially catastrophic," and could even "endanger humanity."

It gets worse. While Exxon used that science to forecast drilling opportunities in a soon to be melting Arctic, the oil giant was pumping millions into a disinformation campaign to discredit climate science, boosting a "debate" in the media where none existed in the science. The tactic helped block government action for decades, protecting industry profits while the world warmed.

Following on bombshell reporting in the US media, members of Congress, journalists, and even presidential candidates are calling on the US Department of Justice to investigate. But Exxon is one of the biggest, baddest companies in the world, and AmericanAttorney General Loretta Lynch will need support from all corners of the globe to take this forward.
