First off all, Sony banned me for 1 month, and now permanently, in both cases I don't know why, even they saying it's "community standards abuse" I'm sure I did nothing related to that, already saw other people with the same error, so it's seems like a obviously mistake from Sony.

Banned since 21/12/2015

6 year old account

All my games and my trophies lost

Via messages they said it cannot be appealed.

Please help me get my account back, thank you for your attention!
