En 2002
The only public beach left in town was taking away from Playa del Carmen inhabitants

• The deck cause serious damage to ”Jardines” Coral Reef

• Construction business owner of Constituyentes Deck (Ultramar ), manipulate information on Federal Government institutions in order to get the permission slips to build the deck, by not showing the existence and location of the reef in the area, and not only that, He build a Private Deck on a Public access street.

• The Construction was finished because they use protection permissions and false information.

The inhabitants of Playa del Carmen finally won a legal battle that prohibit the use and the demolition of the Constituyentes deck (Ultramar)

In 2015

• Recently we hear on the local news that Ultramar will operate and opening the Constituyentes Deck (Ultramar), the news was given by the Chief Port Capitan David A, Galeana

• Alianza Pro Playa immediately requested the local Government authorities to avoid the use of the Constituyentes Deck (Ultramar) .

• Playa del Carmen Chambers, Associations, Cooperatives and Society has refuse to give operation permit to Constituyentes Deck (Ultramar). It has never been approved by them either.
  

We the inhabitants of Playa del Carmen, request immediate demolition of Constituyentes Deck (Ultramar), to preserve Jardines Coral Beach Part of the Mesoamerican Reef System, respecting Playa del Carmen environment and taking back our public beach.

If the Constituyentes Deck (Ultramar) is not removed, there is always a risk that they try to bribe in order to open and operate the deck.

Quintana Roo. Sin el muelle de la Constituyentes (Ultramar)

En 2002
Se despojó a los playenses de la única playa pública.

• El muelle daño al Arrecife Jardines
• El empresario responsable de la Construcción del muelle Ultramar, manipuló permisos ante instancias gubernamentales, omitió la existencia del Arrecife Jardines y construyó en una calle pública un muelle privado.
• El muelle se concluyó con la utilización de innumerables amparos y falsa información

Los playenses logramos que se prohibiera el uso del muelle.

En 2015

• Los playenses nos enteramos por el periódico sobre el inicio de las operaciones del muelle de la Constituyente, que dio a conocer el Capitán de Puerto David A. Galeana.
• Alianza Pro Playa solicitó a las autoridades pertinentes que se evite la operación del muelle.
• El muelle de Ultramar jamás ha contado con la aprobación de cámaras, asociaciones, cooperativas y la sociedad playense.

Los playenses queremos que se quite ese muelle para recuperar nuestra playa, se preserve el arrecife Jardines que pertenece al Sistema Arrecifal Mesoamericano y se respete el medio Ambiente.
