Vile and cynical violation of the rights of person with disabilities took place recently in the centre of Moscow.
Unemployed immigrant from Kazakhstan was tracked down in the subway a blind girl, snatched from her hands the leash of a guide dog and dragged behind a valuable animal.
In other words, a fully blind person was maliciously deprived a close friend and assistant, and left in a life-threatening situation !

The victim turned for help to the police. Immediately thereafter, the victim began to threaten and demand to take the statement back. In case of refusal, a blind girl promised to break hands and legs, strip naked and throw on the street.
