UEFA and FIFA: Penalize Sergio Ramos for intentionally injuring Mo Salah

During UEFA Champions League Final between Real Madrid and Liverpool, Sergio Ramos aggressively tackled Mo Salah and deliberately hooked his arm and didn't let go of him as Salah fell to the ground and landed roughly on his shoulder dislocating it. Ramos was subsequently seen laughing as Salah left the pitch.
Ramos' unscrupulous tactic and attitude is a far cry from the fair play advocated by UEFA and FIFA. We therefore urge both UEFA and FIFA to carefully review the tackle's footage to objectively investigate this incident. This will set a respectable precedent to dissuade players from resorting to dirty play to overcome their opponents.
It's not about winning, it's HOW you play that matters..
