The role of the state police is disheartening and they seemed to just carry on mock investigation and not at all serious with their job. Posting CRPF personnel inside railway compartments where trains run through Bihar so that no other passenger falls victim of misbehaviour, harassment and even murder by hardcore criminals due to governmental apathy and GRP – crime world nexus.
