Leaders, managers and entrepreneurs in the private and public sector
„No more blah blah blah!“ Millions of young people ask governments to take bold action for our planet. Rightly so.

For leaders, managers and students at ManagersForFuture, there is clearly a leadership responsibility - also in the business world. Yet, at the occasion of G20, COP15 and COP26, we have to note that reality and ambition are far apart.

As governements and many businesses fail to deliver on the climate emergency and other crises, we are convinced that we need to assume our own responsibility and reinvent our leadership, management and business models. We have to stop damage, while building an economy that puts people, planet and purpose first!

We call for communicating, advocating and acting:

- immediately stating to divest from fossil fuels, industrial agriculture and other contributors of the climate and biodiversity crisis
- creating a sustainable legal playing field in the areas of company law, carbon budgeting and consumer rights
- creating global context-based sustainability standards to support investments into a sustainable, circular and regenerative economy
- mainstreaming a new leadership culture that walks the talk on the transformation of our economic system

Sign our call to action "Unleashing new leadership: building a sustainable and regenerative economy" by ManagersForFuture!
